Appreciation Period

Excluding goods that are prone to spoilage, have a short shelf life (will expire at the time of return/cancellation), customized goods, current newspapers, periodicals or magazines, unsealed audio-visual products or computer software, game point cards, other point cards, unsealed personal hygiene products, etc., which are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period according to the "Guidelines for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Distance Transactions," you have a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) from the time the product arrives in your hands.

If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide your "name," "order number," "contact number," "name of the product to be returned," and "reason for return and photos." Customer service will assist you with the return or exchange once they receive this information.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returned products must be unused and free from non-human-caused stains or malfunctions. The Consumer Protection Act guarantees a 7-day appreciation period for you to deliberate and confirm whether the product meets your needs, not as a trial period. If this store has prompted you, please retain the complete original packaging (including the outer carton box), otherwise returns will not be accepted.

 

Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Exceeding the 7-day product appreciation period.
  2. The product has been unsealed and used, or damage caused by human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, scrapes, dirt.
  3. The packaging of the returned product is incomplete or damaged, or the invoice or accessories are missing.
  4. Malicious or large quantity returns.

 

Return Process

Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for exchange → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → Logistics commissioned by our side will collect the item.



Refund Instructions
For credit card payments: After successful return is confirmed, the amount will be directly credited back to the original credit card account.
For cash on delivery: After successful return is confirmed, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
