The demo period is 7 days (calculated from the day of receipt).
Deposit and Checkout
A deposit = full price of a new racket of the same model is required for the demo.
The deposit will be fully refunded after the racket is returned and inspected for no damage.
Late Returns
A deduction ofNT$300(3-day grace period) will be made from the deposit for each day overdue.
The maximum deduction isNT$3,500.
Loss and Damage
In case of loss, severe damage, or inability to provide demo services again, the full deposit will be forfeited.
Product Sales
Demo rackets are for trial only and not for sale.
Return Discount
Upon return, a 10% discount coupon for a new racket of the same model will be provided.
Other Notes
Please use the racket properly and avoid exposing it to extreme environments (high temperature, humidity).
The discount coupon is only valid for purchasing new rackets of the same model as the demo, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
