Tennis Racket Demo Policy

1. Loan Period
• The demo period is 7 days (calculated from the day of receipt).
2. Deposit and Checkout
• A deposit is required when demoing.
• Upon return and inspection for damage, the full deposit will be refunded.
3. Late Return
• A deduction of NT$300 will be made from the deposit for each day overdue (3-day grace period).
• The maximum deduction is NT$3,500.
4. Loss and Damage
• In case of loss, severe damage, or if the racket can no longer be used for demo services, the full deposit will be forfeited.
5. Product Sale
• Demo rackets are for experience only and are not for sale.
6. Return Offer
• Upon return, a 10% discount voucher for a new item of the same model will be provided.
7. Other Notes
• Please use the racket carefully and avoid exposing it to extreme environments (high temperature, humidity).
