Tour XC 15L/16L

Prince Tour XC is perfectly suited for big hitters because they don't have to worry about overhitting when attacking the ball. In other words, we found this polyester string to have relatively low power, making it ideal for aggressive players who need to swing fast and generate a lot of spin. Unsurprisingly, this string performed exceptionally well in terms of durability. Its ability to remain fresh through multiple hard-hitting matches was largely due to its slick coating, which not only aids in spin but also protects the stringbed from friction and wear. The main complaint our testers had about Tour XC was that it didn't offer enough "free" power. One tester also found the string to be a bit too stiff outside the sweet spot, a common issue with polyester strings. Overall, Tour XC performs exactly as a heavy-duty polyester string should. With its exceptional control on powerful swings, Tour XC gives big hitters the confidence to rip the ball.
