Tennis Racket Demo Rules

  1. Loan Period
    • The demo period is 7 days (starting from the day of receipt).
  2. Deposit and Payment
    • A deposit is required for the demo.
    • Upon return and inspection for no damage, the full deposit will be refunded.
  3. Late Return
    • For every day overdue, NT$300 will be deducted from the deposit (3-day grace period).
    • The maximum deduction is NT$3,500.
  4. Loss and Damage
    • If the racket is lost, severely damaged, or cannot be provided for demo service again, the full deposit will be forfeited.
  5. Product Sale
    • Demo rackets are for experience only and are not for sale.
  6. Return Offer
    • Upon return, a 10% discount coupon for a new product of the same model will be provided.
  7. Other Notes
    • Please use the racket properly and avoid exposing it to extreme environments (high temperature, humidity).
