Tennis Racket Demo Policy

1. Loan Period
• The demo period is 7 days (calculated from the day of receipt).
2. Deposit and Checkout
• A deposit = the full retail price of a new racket of the same model must be paid when demoing.
• The deposit will be fully refunded after the racket is returned and inspected for no damage.
3. Late Return
• For each day overdue, NT$300 will be deducted from the deposit (3-day grace period).
• The maximum deduction is NT$4,500.
4. Loss and Damage
• If the racket is lost, severely damaged, or cannot be used for demo services again, the full deposit will be forfeited.
5. Product Sale
• Demo rackets are for trial only and are not for sale.
6. Return Offer
• Upon return, a 10% discount coupon for a new racket of the same model will be provided.
7. Other Notes
• Please use the racket properly and avoid exposing it to extreme environments (high temperature, humidity).
• The discount coupon is only valid for purchasing a new racket of the same model as the demo, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
