Tennis Racket Demo Rules

1. Loan Period
• The demo period is 7 days (calculated from the date of receipt).
2. Deposit and Checkout
• A deposit = full price of a new racket of the same model must be paid at the time of demo.
• The full deposit will be refunded upon return and inspection for no damage.
3. Overdue Returns
• A penalty of NT$300 (3-day grace period) will be deducted from the deposit for each day overdue.
• The maximum deduction is NT$3,500.
4. Loss and Damage
• In case of loss, severe damage, or inability to provide demo services again, the full deposit will be forfeited.
5. Product Sales
• Demo rackets are for trial purposes only and are not for sale.
6. Return Discount
• Upon return, a 10% discount coupon for a new racket of the same model will be provided.
7. Other Notes
• Please use the racket carefully and avoid exposure to extreme environments (high temperature, humidity).
• The discount coupon is only valid for purchasing a new racket of the same model as the demo, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
